The terms.

   What CNX51 is

   CNX51 publishes documentary-style videos about UFO and UAP history, and runs a members-only investigation board: an interactive graph, map and timeline of people, programs, documents and incidents, with a written dossier on each.

   The board is an editorial research tool. It records what claims rest on, and grades the evidence behind them. It does not assert that any contested claim is true or false, and nothing on it is advice of any kind.

   Accounts

   You need an account to use the board. Sign-in is by email magic link or Google. Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 to create one.

   We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service, or attempts to access content beyond its clearance tier.

3. 03

   Memberships and billing

   Paid tiers are billed as recurring subscriptions through Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number. Prices are shown on the clearance page before you pay and include the applicable tax where we are required to collect it.

   Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where the law requires it.

   If a payment fails we will retry it and may downgrade your clearance until it succeeds. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal after that notice.

   What you can do with the content

   Videos, dossiers, the graph data, and the design of the board are owned by CNX51 or used under licence. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial research and viewing. You may quote short excerpts with attribution to CNX51.

   You may not scrape, bulk-download, redistribute, or resell the board's data or member-only videos, share member access, or use the content to train machine-learning models without written permission.

   Archival photographs and documents on the board come from public-domain and free-licensed sources where possible and are credited. If you hold rights to something we have used and want it removed or credited differently, write to us and we will act quickly.

5. 05

   Accuracy and third parties

   Much of the material on the board is historical, contested, or rests on testimony we cannot independently verify. We label the basis for each connection as carefully as we can, but we do not guarantee that anything on the board is complete, current, or correct.

   The site embeds videos from YouTube and processes payments through Stripe. Their terms apply to those services. We are not responsible for third-party sites we link to.

6. 06

   Liability

   The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

   Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

7. 07

   Changes and contact

   We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will tell you by email or a notice on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change.
